If evaluated on its merits, this vehicle scores well; it shares all attributes, which makes it one of the top family sedans with adequate power, comfortable cruiser, top class interior, ample amenities, and generous room for 5 passengers. The fuel economy that this sedan offers is better than majority of the compact cars and is priced within normal range.

Current Version

2011 Camry Hybrid comes in a single well-equipped trim level: Base. It has downgraded its previous alloy wheels to steel wheels with plastic covers.

It is powered by a 2.4 liter 4-cylinder gasoline engine with an electric motor. The gas engine generates 147 horsepower, and 138 lb-ft of torque, while the electric motor produces 40 horsepower. So the total output reaches 187 horsepower. This sedan can run alone on electric power under light throttle relevancies below 30 mph speed. The trunk capacity is pretty lesser than regular Camry, which measures 10.6 cubic feet because of extra space occupied by battery pack.
